Whitening of teeth and gum diseases

Gum diseases are infections which harm the gum and bone which hold the teeth. When plaque produces on teeth for long period, it becomes hard, harmful and called tartar which is not clean due to brushing. When longer the tartar and plaque stay on our teeth then it becomes more dangerous and damages our teeth more. Then our gums become red, swollen and bleed easily.
If it is not treated regularly then bone, gums and tissues that support our teeth are damaged and at last, they are removed. To prevent our teeth we should adopt some techniques, such as brush teeth twice a day. Floss once a day and make a visit to the doctor regularly for cleaning. Eat a well-balanced diet. We should not use tobacco products.
Cosmetic dentist the woodlands tells that for oral health it is necessary to brush and floss the teeth and should do it every day. We should brush the teeth gently with a soft –bristle and fluoride paste. We should take the time to brush carefully and gently along the gum, not on the gums. Also gently brush the tongue slightly. If brushing or flossing causes bleeding then we should consult the dentist. People who have limited movement of the shoulder then they can attach a long piece of wood or plastic to the handle of the brush. Now electric toothbrushes have done easier the job.
